Information you send us

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, a topic and your message. We use this information to respond to your request. CalTech Web provides the form delivery service, which sends your message to the church office. Please avoid including financial account details or other sensitive information in this general contact form.

Analytics and spam protection

We use Google Analytics on our main website to understand visits and interactions, such as clicks on directions and giving links. Google may receive information about your browser and the pages you visit and may use cookies. See how Google uses information from partner sites and its Analytics browser opt-out tool.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form interactions to help prevent spam and automated abuse. Its processing is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Church Center and other services

Giving, registration, connection cards, prayer requests and assistance forms open in Church Center. Information entered there is handled through Planning Center, under its privacy notice. YouTube, Google Maps, Google Drive and other linked services have their own privacy practices. Your browser connects to those providers when their content loads or you follow their links.

Your questions and choices

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and contact us by phone instead of using the form. Contact the church office with questions about information you have provided, or to request access, correction or deletion. Include enough detail for us to identify the request without sending sensitive documents.
